Who We Are
Young College Mothers Corp., founded in April 2021, is a 501c3 non-profit organization that assists college mothers with resources, opportunities, and services throughout their college matriculation. One of our primary goals is to provide an annual $1,000 scholarship to help with educational and living expenses such as textbooks, supplies, housing, transportation, childcare, etc. For many working or parenting mothers, living expenses far exceed the cost of tuition. We hope to alleviate some of the potential stressors of simultaneously being a mother, provider, and student. In addition, community outreach and food insecurity are two of our top priorities.
